EQUALITY NEVER GETS OLD
It’s finally time.
The Administration for Community Living, our federal department of aging and disability, is updating the rules that guide the implementation of the Older Americans Act—something that hasn’t been done since 1988. We know that the needs of LGBTQ+ elders and older people living with HIV have changed a lot since 1988 and now it’s time to tell the Aging Network what they need to do to serve LGBTQ+ older people and older people living with HIV.
